Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 48 hours. Special order items may require more time. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Image Beauty Online Store within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee.
